Delete your account

For DeepDive Trivia, Trivicade, and any other Lysara Productions title with an account.

DeepDive Trivia

In the app or on deepdivetrivia.com, open Settings, go to Account, tap Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away. This works for guest players too.

Trivicade

In the app or on trivicade.com, open Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. You can also export your data from Settings first.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address on the account, and name the game. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days — no app install needed. This works for any of our titles.

What gets deleted

Your email, sign-in details, display name, and gameplay data tied to the account. Leaderboard entries are removed or anonymized, and anonymous aggregate statistics may remain. Trivicade and emailed requests complete within 30 days.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting a DeepDive Trivia account cancels a Pro subscription bought on deepdivetrivia.com. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your store account settings — deleting your account doesn't stop store billing. Past purchases remain in your Apple, Google, or payment-processor history.
