Terms of use

These terms cover idealistmedia.net and the titles published by Lysara Productions, the software publishing imprint of Idealist Media LLC. Where a title has its own terms of service, those terms govern for that title.

The license

When you download one of our apps from the App Store or Google Play, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your devices under the store's standard terms. The apps and their content belong to Idealist Media LLC, which publishes them under its Lysara Productions imprint.

Accounts

Some games offer accounts for syncing and leaderboards. You must be at least 13 to create one. Keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Choose a display name that doesn't impersonate others or contain offensive content — we may rename or remove names that do, and may suspend accounts used to cheat, harass, or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time (how).

Purchases

Purchases made in our iOS and Android apps are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds go through the stores. Purchases made on our websites are billed by the payment processor shown at checkout, under that title's terms. Prices are shown before you buy; see Support for help.

Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or use our apps to break the law or harm others. For games with online elements, don't cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, or abuse other players. Leaderboard scores obtained by cheating may be removed.

No warranty

Apps are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idealist Media LLC (including its Lysara Productions imprint) isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using them. Nothing in our apps is professional advice.
